I shred a lot of postpartum pounds in just a couple months. It’s easier back then because I’m not allowed to drink cold water and I really lost my appetite. But now, it’s not that simple anymore. :(

I weigh 107lbs. before I get pregnant. I am not asking for that weight anymore but I don’t want to weigh for like 120 plus pound. My goal is to lose 10lbs. I’m planning to do the best I can to target my goal. I don’t want to force my self so I am setting my mind first before I do my first step. I need time to prepare myself before making changes to my lifestyle.
First of all, I will work out for 1 to 2 hours from Monday to Friday. An hour for jogging and an hour for Zumba – that’s the applicable exercise for me because I enjoy doing it and I don’t have time to hit the gym everyday. Second, I will try to eat several mini-meals throughout the day. I will not follow the diet plan I see in the internet because I know it’s not possible for me. I’m no expert in checking the labels of the products and the number of calorie-intake. I will just try to lessen the food that I eat and TRY to avoid fast foods. So here’s my plan:
5:00 1 hard boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 cup of brown rice and 1 glass of water
8:00 1 banana and 2 glasses of water
10:00 Fish and 1 cup of brown rice and 2 glasses of water
1:00 1 apple and 1 glass of water
4:00 1 glass of coconut water
6:00 1 sandwich (wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, tuna) and 2 glasses of water
It’s not the usual diet plan because I adjusted my eating time. My day starts at 3 am as my work starts at 5am. I cannot really avoid rice so I will just eat brown rice instead of white rice. I eat dinner at 6pm as I sleep at 8pm. Aaaah!! I hope I can do this. :| Let’s see if I will lose some pounds if I follow this plan. Let’s lose some weight!! Who-hoo!
