I’m not very particular when it comes to make-up products. I use both branded and local cosmetics. I even use replicas! My skin is not sensitive so I don’t worry about any irritations it may cause. If there is, then stop using it. They are also good quality products but of course, not as good as the genuine brands. You can use these items without hurting yourself. Another thing you need to look at is the price. You are just paying not even half of the original prices. I think it’s a good deal for people who don’t have enough budget to avail the pricey cosmetic products. It’s still a good value for your money.
Now, I will show you one of the replicas that I have. Benefit Cosmetic Brows-a-go-go! :)
The packaging is similar with the genuine Brows-ago-go. I saw it online and I think the only difference is they have the lighter shade of brown. The replica is a bit darker but the size and shape are just the same.
What I love about this kit is it got everything you need. You can have beautiful brows everyday. This is very on the go-go! :)
This kit contains a wax, 2 powders that comes in light and dark shades, hard angle/talent brush, smokin’ liner in black, eyebrow highlighter, eye bright and mini tweezers. Not only that, it also includes a step-by-step lesson.
The shades and consistency may be not be the same with the original product but I am satisfied with what it does to my brows. So anyway, you can download the step-by-step lesson HERE. In that instruction, there are only four steps:
- Dip hard angle brush into the soft, pigmented brow zings wax. Use smooth, angled strokes to shape and define brows.
- Use talent brush to fill in sparse areas and lock brows in place with brow zings powder. Got a few stray hairs? Pluck with mini tweezers.
- Tap brow highlighter powder under brow following the arch. Lightly blend with fingertip. Apply smokin’ liner along upper and lower lash lines from the outside corner in.
- Dab pink eye bright on inner and outer corners of eyes. Blend gently.
